I've once read a quote somewhere that says that the greatest joy in life is to be able to love and be loved.
What then, makes the man who has lost the ablilty and courage to love?

I've shamelessly cut and paste a few poems (Is that what they're called?) That I find particularly interesting.
I'd like to run away
From you,
But if you didn't come
And find me ...
I would die.
~ by Shirley Bassey ~
I have been astonished that men could die martyrs for their religion
I have shudder'd at it.
I shudder no more.
I could be martyr'd for my religion
Love is my religion
And I could die for that.
I could die for you.
~ by John Keats ~
I have loved to the point of madness;
That which is called madness,
That which to me,
Is the only sensible way to love.
